Big Sean fans should take the long way to Joe Smoe's Record Store for the release of the rapper's album Finally Famous. The Santa Monica rapper's release for his debut album for Kanye West's record Label, G.O.O.D. Music, titled Finally Famous, will be pushed back another week, to June 28.
The original release date for Big Sean's big album was scheduled last June for Sept 14, 2010. GOOD Music had intentions of releasing Sean's album on the same day as Kanye's fifth album, and Kid Cudi's second. But the release date was pushed back to May 3rd of this year.
On March 4, the release date was once again pushed back to June 21, and as of most recent, Finally Famous will be released on the 28th. Maybe Big Sean should change the name of the album to Finally Finished.
Either Big Sean and his supporting cast from his duel labels, GOOD Music and Def Jams, are riding the lazy river, or, they are tweaking every track to perfection. With cameos from a featured all-star cast, fans and critics assume that Sean's labels are tweaking.
Rumors suggest that Finally Famous will feature Pharrell Williams, Kid Cudi, Wiz Khalifa, Lupe Fiasco, Game, Push T, Drake, Malak, Tyga, Mike Posner, and Kanye himself. Producing the album is Kanye, Malak, Jeff Bhasker, Mike Posner, No I.D., The Olympicks, Tricky Stewart, Xaphoon Jones and The Neptunes.
Big Sean has been previewing the album for the last three years with mixtapes named Finally Famous: The Mixtape, UKNOWBIGSEAN, and Finally Famous Vol. 3 BIG.
