Rapper M-Bone Killed in Shooting, Cali Swagg District Reacts

Yesterday, late night around 10:30pm, rapper M-Bone ( birth name: Montae Talbert ) of
Cali Swag District was gunned down. Sitting in the passenger seat of a car, another
vehicle pulled up and fired 2 rounds at the popular rapper's head. Both shots struck
M-Bone, leaving him to die shortly after.
“My life changed drastically in the. blink of an eye. R.I.P. M-Bone" tweeted Cali Swag District
member Smoove Da General according to KicksAndChicks.com.
Details of M-Bone's death are still quite sketchy. Various sources report different conclusions,
however there are a few facts known. The Inglewood Police report that the gunman did know M-Bone.
It was not a random drive by as some sources reported. However, what the motive of the killing was
is not known.
"It looks like they knew each other," says Inglewood Police Lt Michael Marshall. "It was not a
traditional drive-by."
There are no suspects in the case yet. Details will be posted on CKHiD as more reports emerge.
M-Bone was one fourth of the hit-group Cali Swag District. Fellow rappers C-Smoove, Yung, and
JayAre are distraught over the news.
