Kai Cenat TikTok Account Hacked

Kai Carlo Cenat, a popular American Twitch streamer who specializes in comedic live streams and videos, recently revealed that his TikTok account got compromised.
Currently, Kai Cenat’s TikTok account has accumulated close to 130 million likes and an astonishing 17.3 million followers.
Over the past few years, Kai Cenat has become one of the most well-known figures on Twitch, with a significant portion of his fame attributed to his 30-day subathons, Mafiathon and Mafiathon 2.
The 23-year-old is also well-known for spending hours playing intense video games during his gaming marathons.
He is the most-subscribed Twitch streamer and the fourth-most-followed Twitch streamer, with a whooping sum of over 16 million followers.
With a sleek teaser trailer showcasing characters like Let Me Solo Her and Malenia, Kai launched an Elden Ring marathon back in May 2024.
On February 21, 2025, Kai Cenat began his since-announced Batman: Arkham marathon, delving into the shadowy alleyways of Gotham.
But after about four hours on the marathon, he abruptly stopped, declared an emergency, and left the audience in suspense.
He returned to the scene to alert everyone that his TikTok account had been hacked and people should be suspicious of links including his name.
He stated that TikTok was resolving the issue and that his account would briefly go offline before returning.
He was frustrated and perplexed by the breach as the hackers were able to delete all his videos, leaving no trace behind.
He couldn’t wrap his head around how someone could get past the protection safeguards even though he had two-step verification activated.
Kai’s Account Recovery
After the hack, Kai Cenat admitted to his fans, as he came back on stream while waiting for the recovery of the account, that he had no idea how the two-step verification worked.
After some time, the live streamer confirmed that he had regained his account and tightened things up.
He activated a mechanism that generates a new security code every 30 seconds, adding an extra layer of protection to keep trouble out, with some assistance from his chat.
Even though the hack was unsettling, he quickly restored his account, preventing the potentially severe consequences that social media infractions may have on somebody of his caliber.
Kai has continued to stream his Batman: Arkham marathon on Twitch despite this interruption, and so far he has already accumulated 50 in-game prizes and aired for more than 29 hours.
This incident serves as a reminder to Kai and other content creators to always be careful of their account’s security, not only on TikTok but other social media platforms, to prevent their accounts from being compromised.
