With a farewell to Daniel Craig’s portrayal of the role “James Bond” and, of course, some amazing automobiles, No Time to Die was a high point in the ever-expanding James Bond universe.

One of the amazing cars we had to say goodbye to was the then-new Land Rover Defender  Bond Edition series.

The  Land Rover Defender 110 V8 Bond Edition is set to be up for grabs at the “Historics Auctioneers” auction that will be held at Ascot Racecourse, on March 1, 2025.

The Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Editions that will be available at Historics, is one of the ten vehicles sold in the United Kingdom and has had only one owner since it was first acquired.

The Defender’s primary purpose was “off-road capability,” as demonstrated in No Time to Die, in a pursuit scene involving several flying Defenders.

Historics made it known that the Land Rover Defender 110 V8 Bond Edition vehicles aren’t the cars from the movie.

This is because the vehicles in the movie were believed to be severely damaged during filming.

The Land Rover Defender 110 V8 Bond Editions which happens to be the next best thing had a limited production of only 300, and the vehicle has several Bond-related features.

An estimate of $196,000 at current exchange rates, is provided by Historics for this specific Defender 110 V8 Bond Edition car.

This can be considered a fairly worthy premium over the car’s initial selling price of $114,600 as it can claim to be a rare vehicle since it’s one of the ten in Britain.

Features of the James Bond-Inspired Defender

The Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition which was used to commemorate the 25th James Bond movie, made its global debut on September 30, 2021.

The  Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition which comes in 90 and 110 Defender styles and is based on the then-newly released 525PS Defender V8 is a limited edition vehicle.

Among the car’s unique features are its 300 productions, the “Defender 007” rear logo, the lighted “007” treadplates, and the “007” puddle lighting.

With its 22-inch Gloss Black wheels and Xenon Blue brake callipers, the Extended Black Pack was modeled by the Defender vehicles that were seen in the movie “No Time To Die.”

The SV Bespoke logo and the unique “One of 300” etching were attached to every Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition vehicle.
