A Tour Of The Boeing 747 Flying Mansion

The Boeing 747-8 BBJ is one of the biggest private planes in the world. Word has it that it’s owned by a prominent Middle Eastern businessman.
Its interior was designed by Alberto Pinto and features luxurious amenities that took four years to finish.
This plane stands out in aviation history with its impressive fuel efficiency, advanced cabin, and other luxurious features.

The cabin is so spacious that it feels like a luxurious house, with lots of space to move around.
It’s an extremely rare plane, with only a few in existence.
Able to carry over 600 people, the 747-81 is the second biggest passenger jet, after the Airbus A380.
Not only are the private 747-8 jets massive, but they also have incredibly luxurious interiors.
Alberto Pinto’s Masterpiece: The Stunning 747 BBJ Interior.
A Paris-based design house, Alberto Pinto, is famous for designing amazing business jets.
Alberto Pinto’s portfolio includes luxurious designs for Global 6000s, Gulfstreams, 737s, and more. They’re all crafted with strict adherence to aviation regulations.
One of the firm’s crowning achievements was designing the interior of a Boeing 747-8 business jet in 2015.
The team worked tirelessly for 4 years to create a spectacular interior for a client who wishes to remain anonymous.
As stated by Boeing, “The Boeing widebody business jet product line includes the BBJ 747-8, representing a new benchmark in fuel efficiency and noise reduction, allowing customers to lower fuel costs and fly into more airports at more times of day.”
“The BBJ 747-8 is 16 percent more fuel-efficient than the Boeing 747-400, and 11 percent more fuel-efficient than the Airbus A380. The BBJ version of the 747-8 Intercontinental provides a cabin with 4,786 square feet (444.6 square meters) of space,” Boeing added.
747-8’s master bedroom is located at the front of the jet, beneath the cockpit, where it’s quiet and peaceful.
It features a luxurious bed, leather-trimmed with stitching.
A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and mirror is also included in the room.
Behind the master suite is a grand entrance hall with impressive details and a beautiful staircase leading upstairs.
On the upper deck, there’s a cosy living room with a big TV, beautifully decorated with wood and stylish furnishings.
The living room is followed by a children’s play area and crew accommodation.
The aircraft features cosy lounges and private areas, equipped with comfortable seating and state-of-the-art entertainment.
For added comfort, each leather seat is fully adjustable using electronic controls built into the armrests.
The private office is located towards the back of the plane, featuring artworks by Joan Miró. It can also be used as a formal dining room for up to four people.
A second meeting room functions as a formal boardroom, while extra guest suites provide comfort and privacy.
The rear cabin offers business-class-style seating for additional staff and entourage.
This jet feels like a luxury yacht and a cosy home, a perfect mix that must make its owner very happy.
Boeing’s team described the aircraft as one of the most beautiful they had ever seen, according to Pickardt.
Until the Airbus A380 is converted into a corporate jet, the Boeing 747-8 is currently the biggest private jet.
